  • Generate AI-based profile photo images.
  • Deliver purchased images to you, including re-download access for a limited period.

4. Image Storage and Deletion

  • 4.1 Uploaded Images: Images you upload are permanently deleted from our servers as soon as the AI generation process is complete. We do not retain your original source image after generation.
  • 4.2 Generated Images: Generated images (including watermarked previews) are retained for 30 days to allow you time to download or re-download your purchase. After 30 days, these images are permanently deleted from our systems.
  • 4.3 Manual Deletion: You may contact us at any time to request earlier deletion of your generated images.

5. Third-Party AI Services (Google Gemini)

The Service utilizes the Google Gemini API for image generation.

  • Data Transfer: Your uploaded image is transmitted to Google for processing.
  • No Model Training: We utilize enterprise-level API configurations ensuring that your images are used solely to fulfill your request and are not used by Google to train its foundational AI models.
  • Data Security: Data sent to the API is protected via industry-standard encryption during transit.

6. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information (including images and email) will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

7. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. Payment information is handled by the provider in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information during transmission and storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
