This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be provided for purchases made through our AI profile photo generation service (the “Service”). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Digital Product Nature
The Service provides custom, digitally generated AI images. Due to the immediate computing costs incurred during the generation process and the irreversible nature of digital content delivery, purchases are generally final once the watermark-free image has been made available for download.
3. The Preview Process (Quality Assurance)
To ensure satisfaction, we provide a watermarked preview of your generated profile photo before any payment is required.
- This preview allows you to evaluate the quality, style, and likeness of the image.
- By completing the payment to remove the watermark and access the full-resolution file, you agree that the output is acceptable and meets your requirements.
4. No Refunds for Subjective Dissatisfaction
As the Service relies on artificial intelligence, results are probabilistic and artistic in nature. We do not issue refunds for:
- "Change of mind" after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with the AI’s artistic style or interpretation.
- Perceived lack of likeness to the original subject.
- User error (e.g., uploading a low-quality or blurry original image).
5. Technical Failures and Eligibility
Refunds or credits may be issued at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Verified Technical Fault: If a system error prevents the generation of your image, or the file is corrupted and cannot be viewed.
- Delivery Failure: If a verified technical issue prevents you from downloading your paid image within the 30-day retention period, provided you contacted support while the image was still available.
- Billing Errors: Verified duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions will be investigated and refunded where appropriate.
6. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit, exclude, or modify any statutory rights you may have under mandatory local consumer protection laws (such as the Australian Consumer Law or the EU Consumer Rights Directive). If the Service suffers a "major failure" (e.g., the product is completely broken or unusable due to a technical defect), you are entitled to a remedy as required by your local jurisdiction.
7. 30-Day Retention Limit
You are responsible for downloading your purchased images within 30 days of the date of purchase. After this period, the images are permanently deleted from our servers for your privacy. Refunds will not be issued for failure to download images before they are deleted.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the user being restricted from future use of the Service.
